Sattu Barfi is Bikaner's oldest sweet — roasted gram flour slow-cooked in desi ghee, set with edible gum, sweetened with unrefined cane sugar, finished with almonds, cashews, and pistachios. That's it. That's the whole recipe.

No refined sugar. No vanaspati. No preservatives. No flavours. Nothing that wasn't in the original.

We make it the way it's always been made — in small batches, with full-fat desi ghee and stone-ground sattu. The kind of barfi that's dense, slightly grainy, and melts slow. Not the kind that's soft because of stabilisers.
